Payment Method

1. What types of payments are accepted?

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card, or bank account to PayPal for purchasing products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

• Log in to your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express

• Enter your card details and the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Then click “Submit”

• Your payment will be processed immediately

2. How do I apply for a discount, use my gift card, or apply my reward points?

To apply a discount code, gift card code, coupon, or reward points, simply go to your shopping cart, select "Checkout" and the right side of the screen will show the total cost of your order. Above the subtotal and shipping charges, there will be a space where you can enter your discount code or gift card code, as well as a space to show available reward points and a button to apply the points to your purchase.

3. Can I apply for a discount after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts to orders after they have been placed; customers must add the code at checkout and during payment. We are also unable to combine discounts on orders. Please be sure to apply your discount before you buy.

4. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

If for any reason masonlids-official refunds you, expect the refund to be credited to your account/card within approximately 3-5 business days. 

5. We process all orders in US dollars.

When the contents of your shopping cart are displayed in any other currency, you will be billed in US dollars at the latest exchange rate.

6. How to use credit card payments via PayPal?  

If you are not a PayPal account user, you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment.

Once you get redirected to PayPal, just do as follows:

• Make sure the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option is selected

If your PayPal page looks as follows, just click on "Don't have a PayPal account?"

• Enter your credit card's data

Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.

When you are done, click on "Review and Continue"

• Click on "Pay Now"

•  Click on "No, Thanks"

• Finally, click on "Pay now" you will complete your payment
