Shipping policy

1. How long does it take to transport?

All our orders must be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: "processing time" and "transportation time".

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing time: 2-5 business days

1. The processing time of the product is calculated from the date of your order verification, and then the order is placed in the processing program.
2. Due to delays in order verification, holidays or out of stock, the processing time or delivery time of the product may be delayed.
Please note that all times of the year will affect all delivery times, because the services of all our suppliers and logistics operators will be interrupted. There is usually a delay of 5-6 days, sometimes even longer. We apologize for any delays caused during this period and ask our customers to wait patiently. Normal services will resume immediately after the end of each holiday.

3. For handmade, hand-painted or customized products, production may take an additional 7-10 days, which will be specified in our product description.

1. *Countries requiring tariffs. The customs policies of different countries are different. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the consignee shall pay any customs duties or import taxes that may occur.
2. Within 1-2 business days after the order is successfully sent, we will provide the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
3. Sorry, post office boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be sent. For US territories, please leave a note when placing the order. For example, if your address is in Puerto Rico Guam, you can describe Puerto Rico Guam in the "Country" section.
